"We've had a lovely stay at this villa. Best way I can describe it is as an authentic Italian experience well away from tourists and the beaten track. Easy to get to Rome though ( train from Zagarolo ) and we can recommend the Hydromania water park too, a 40 minute drive away. We spent most of our time relaxing and the pool was brilliant for our children and we hardly spent any time indoors. A big thanks to the owner PierPaolo and to Angelo the gardener."

"Amazing property with spectacular views. Our host was fantastic. Getting to the house the first time is an adventure, but the town that sits below is cute with very cool stores and shops. It is a 15 minute drive to the train station and then another 20-25 minutes and you are in the middle of Rome. We are thinking about coming back with our younger kids in a year or two, just an incredible vacation and place to stay"

"Excellent spot! We went into Rome most days (via train) but certainly enjoyed the lovely grounds and spotless (giant!) swimming pool. Flavia responded immediately to all our questions and was super helpful in communicating with the courier who brought my lost luggage. Three generations of our family were perfectly comfortable the entire trip. (Amazing water pressure! Quiet and secluded- but not far from grocery store/local restaurants. Quality AC. They were accommodating, resourceful and made us a once in a lifetime dinner that was paired with tasty organic Italian wine from the region. "We were a 3 generation family of 10. Overall very good, a lovely pool and a games room with table tennis and table football. Rome was reached by train from Terni. ( but check ticket prices as it varies enormously depending on the train) Lake Bolsena, Orvieto, Todi, Spoleto, Bagnoregio and Cascade del Marmore are all easily reached by car. Village pizzeria is excellent. We drove from Rome Fiumicino Airport, very easy using Autostrada. My family all enjoyed the soft river rafting near Marmore....

"We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location"

"Property was large enough but the pool which we booked specifically for grandkids was really dirty and unusable until 3rd/4th day and was only there for a week. There was a dog and cat there left there, and anothet xat climbed in through window and hid under kids bed until night time that yhen jumped out and scared them. Not much privacy as someone was always coming to the property for some reason or other."
