"Room was very clean and spacious, staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel location was good with old town, castle and river front in easy walking distance. Tram stop 5 mins walk away from here you can get a tram to the Jewish quarter and ghetto. Some nice places to eat near the hotel as well. "

"A great set up for strangers wanting to visit the beautiful city of Krakow. Very comfortable accommodation with warm and welcoming host who is happy to help with airport transfers and provide recommendations to make sure you get the most out of your visit (not to mention cake and sweet treats!). "

"The Royal Suite is stunning, with original frescos and ceiling decorations dating back to the 16th century. The modern additions blend seamlessly and offer luxury comforts. The staff were amazing, particularly Krzysztof who looked after us as we dined in the excellent Pod Nosem restaurant underneath the Suites. He demonstrated a real pride and enthusiasm for Polish cuisine and Wines."

"This is a city hotel so rooms are fairly compact but more than adequate. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Although the building is on a street which surrounds the Old Town, it is nevertheless very quiet. The park is directly across the road and it is a mere 5 minute walk to the Main Square and only a couple of minutes to the Castle so the location is excellent. "Very great experience. This is my second time staying at this hotel, and it is definitely my favorite hotel around the Krakow area. Very easy commute to most places, great service and staff that are helpful and friendly, and clean and modern living spaces. Highly recommend!"
"This property is clean and modern. The rooms are fine and with comfortable beds. There are other adjoining hotels but traffic is minimal. There’s a pathway to a very large exercise park. Best way from hotel to downtown is via Uber. Downtown travel is almost impossible with rental car and is not worth the trouble trying to find parking or working through the non resident restrictions. "Everything was absolutely perfect! The apartment was the perfect size for a couple along with a cute kitchenette area and plenty of room to spread out. Everything was extremely clean and seemed new. The location is great as it’s walking distance to all the main attractions but far enough from all the hustle and bustle. Will def be back soon. "

"Our train arrived in town at 6:30 a.m. and although we knew we wouldn't be able to check in, the front desk happily stored our luggage and told us that they'd text as soon as our room was ready. That set the tone for our stay, as everyone was helpful and kind. After walking through the town that didn't really wake up until around 9:30 on a chilly morning, we were very relieved to get a text around 10:30 that we could get into our room.
