Buen hotel, pero, arañas entran a los cuartos.

El hotel nos gustó cuando llegamos , pero nuestra experiencia fué de varias arañas muy grandes entrando a ambos cuartos, por el techo, que no está sellado al exterior, el staff nos ayudó a sacar las dos primeras y después ya ni les hablamos. A mi llegada pregunté si teníamos alimentos y el recepcionista dijo que no. Al llegar al restaurante la mañana siguiente, la mesera nos dice que tenemos desayuno continental incluido. La cuota de 250 pesos por entrar dos horas antes al cuarto se me hizo excesiva, cuando éramos casi los únicos huéspedes del dia, en otros lugares nos han dado esa cortesia, aún sin pedirlo. Y lo hicimos porque habiamos volado toda la noche y queriamos descansar. Las instalaciones muy limpias, y cuidadas. Salvo lo ya mencionado.

Tuve que rentar una habtacion por que iba a una boda por esa zona pero no volveria jamas! El hotel es muy caro para lo que ofrece, una vez que llegamos a la habitación habia varios insectos en ambas cobijas de las camas en su mayoria todos muertos o moribundos. Lo cual obviamente no hizo dudar de que tan seguro o limpió era dormi ahí. Nos cambiaron las cobijas pero las sabanas de abajo ya estaban bastante desgastadas y sucias. Dentro de tu reservación te incluye el desayuno, pero ya hasta ese día te coméntan que sólo es pan y café y si quieres adquirir el buffet tiene un costro extra de $250 MXN Aproximadamente.
