No air conditioning but staff was able to provide fans. Only downside was that our rooms were facing a busy street, too noisy if you wanted to sleep with the window open. But the friendliness of staff was awesome.

Chambre propre, idéalement situé, parking sécurisé. Le seul problème serais le bruit de la route la nuit jusqu’à 2h et les clients pas correct qui hurle dans les couloirs la nuit.

tuve muy buena atención, comodidad y buen desayuno, el personal todos excelentes y muy amables, pero la recepción y habitaciones son muy calientes :( deberían de poner aire acondicionado ya que sí hay momentos en los que se siente mucho calor y los ventiladores no son suficientes. En mi habitación se escuchaba mucho ruido de la calle

El hotel espectacular. Limpio ,seguro,silencioso en las noches.. La habitación comoda con aire acondicionado ,el agua de la ducha calentita , excelente. Lo único que haría falta en la habitación un refrigerador pequeño para conservar fresca el agua y otras cosas. El personal super amable y respetuoso. Pasamos unos días reconfortantes en esta hermosa ciudad de Puebla. Gracias.

No cuenta con aire acondicionado. Hace mucho calor. Agua y toallas dejan el mínimo (2) aunque sean 3 o 4 personas . No hay plancha de ropa ni secadora de cabello. Es básico muy básico. El restaurante es muy bueno , sin embargo dice aquí abre 6 am y el servicio es 7 am . No lo otorgan antes. Las señoritas de recepción la amabilidad no es su mayor virtud
