The house is fabulous; thanks to its large windows, it has stunning natural light. The open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen create a seamless flow throughout the home. In the kitchen, you’ll find an oven, microwave, refrigerator, and everything you need to cook; the dining room faces the backyard and is very pleasant. All three bedrooms have their own bathrooms, each with blackout curtains.
Bedroom 1 (the master bedroom) has a smart TV and a very comfortable king-size bed.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed, a smart TV, and a closet. Bedroom 3 has two single beds—ideal for children or adults weighing no more than 75 kg—a closet, and toys for children. It’s a very quiet place, surrounded by trees.
The gated community is private and peaceful; among the common areas is a small forest that serves as a green space. We have a park with a basketball court—where you can also play soccer—as well as some playground equipment for children and exercise machines. You can go for a walk or a run within the neighborhood. We’re 100 meters from the highway loop, so access to any highway is quick.
There’s space to park cars, bikes, and motorcycles. The area is very safe.
