"The room initially, when entered, smelled like old dirty clothes and stinky shoes. We left the fan on continuous, and since we were not there the whole time, that seemed to somewhat freshen the air. It was pretty bad initially. "

"The hotel, room, parking lot was clean. We couldn't get our TV to work, and it was replaced within ten minutes. Top notch customer service. The only thing I would say negatively is that the mattresses weren't very comfortable, but I would definitely stay there again."
