"This place is definitely for location, location , location!! The building is next to Plaza Santiago which was great to stop for Rioja and tapas and has a small church! It’s near Opera metro stop, walking distance to everything and next to the Royal Palace! The staff is so nice and they allow you to place your luggage at their offices if you need time to wander Madrid before or after check in. My only issue is the shower was a little difficult to figure out lol but that’s probably an American...

"Not sure why Expedia would list a place like this. I would check those reviews. The first impression I got about the place was that it felt like I arrived at some type of halfway house. I stayed only the time it took me to find a new stay (5minutes). Bad Expedia."
