To explore other destinations throughout the Riviera Maya, such as Playa del Carmen, Akumal, cenotes, nature parks, or Tulum, we recommend using a rental car, taxi, or private transportation. Puerto Aventuras is conveniently located for day trips while still offering a peaceful residential setting to return to.



If you are arriving by car or plan to rent one during your stay, the property includes 1 assigned parking space, making it easy to explore the Riviera Maya at your own pace.



Other Things to Note:

The condo is located within a gated community with controlled access. Before arrival, we will request the necessary guest information so everyone can be properly registered and enter Puerto Aventuras smoothly.



Prior to check-in, you will receive clear instructions for access, parking, and use of the property, helping make your arrival as easy and organized as possible.



During your stay, we kindly ask that you respect the condominium rules, shared areas, and designated quiet hours. Parties and events are not permitted.



For safety, children must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially around the swimming pool, terraces, and any areas near the water.



Please note that pool loungers are limited and shared among residents and guests. To ensure fair use for everyone, loungers may not be reserved or left unattended with personal belongings when they are not actively being used. Leaving items on a lounger does not guarantee continued use of that space.
