"Everyone at Hotel Flamingo was very nice, accommodating and informative. Pablo at the front desk was helpful with tour & restaurant suggestions. Housekeeping and Breakfast staff were both excellent. The Flamingo was very conveniently located in a very safe area. Hopefully, we will visit again! "

"Hotel Fiesta was great. The cute receptionist with the curly hair was very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed to know where the best sushi in town was and she pointed me in the right direction. She didn't disappoint because the sushi was great! The hotel is close to the bay where the shops, restaurants and water taxis are located which made our stay very convenient. The pool was a highlight for my daughter as well. Steps away from the lagoon and close to the check in for Tortuga Bay if you choose to walk there. I didn't get to do everything I wanted to in the Galapagos but I can say I would definitely stay here again and I hope to be back soon. "

"Check in was quick and easy. Staff are super helpful and informative. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms are clean and quite spacious. There is construction right outside the front door but there are walkways around it. They were super thoughtful and prepared a box meal for my dad who went on a day excursion. The meal was generous in both choice and quantity. It’s walking distance to many areas. They gift you two free water bottles and two reusable bags. Honestly this hotel is quite the gem. They recommended great restaurants and tour operators. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone coming to Santa Cruz island. "

"The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean. The outdoor areas are absolutely lovely. However, I had booked a balcony room (which had a great view for sure) but it did not have a hammock as advertised and the noise from the wind coming in around the patio doors every night did not allow for restful sleeping. We would absolutely stay here again, but would not pay extra for a balcony room."

"After you cross the ocean the cheapest way to get to the hotel is, buy a bus ticket to take you to bus terminal, hotel is 5 minutes walk. Location of hotel is on a hill with a terrace and great view of the island Mr. Oscar Ramirez as a welcome host and his service, fantastic. Rest of staff like breakfast cook and server/s great also. Pool facilities and spa pool great Overall for such a great low accommodation rate, I felt like I was in a five star hotel/resort Finally, to waterfront a fifteen minutes walk or a cheap taxi ride. At waterfront you have already live SEALS and IGUANAS waiting for you to take pictures. For everyone please be careful, each person has to pay a very expensive entrance fee to Galapagos at airport of Quito or Guayaquil then another fee when you enter Baltra Island, which is horrible way expensive. "

"More hostel than hotel, but therein lies the charm. The location is a short walk to everything. The complimentary breakfast is like being at a family members house when they make breakfast for you as a guest. You get what they serve you, but delicious. The staff desires you to be happy above all else. From what I could tell there were two women that did everything, but with a smile and always checking in with to make sure you were satisfied. For the price, it’s excellent! The rooster made sure you were up on time for your tour everyday! "
