B&B in Galápagos

"The was amazing! Max and Susanna were wonderful hosts/front desk personnel. They were always helpful and spoke English very clearly which was also helpful. We were a little spoiled, and had the top room that had the terrace with an amazing view and access to the eating area next door. You could hear the sea lions outside, and the hotel was easily assessable to everything. It's literally across the street from the port/ferry. There's a little mini market next-door, which made things convenient and they provide filtered water on each floor of the hotel. The only downside was the stairs after a long day, but San Cristobal was so special and didn't really matter. The breakfast were also very good. They made to order eggs every morning and had fruit and yogurt. I will definitely stay there again!"

"The hotel is clean and located very close to the pier, close to transportation, food and shopping. The best part is its customer service, they are friendly, helpful and flexible. The room was clean and comfortable, the only issue was the shower, it was a bit complicated to get it warm. We would stay here again."

"The staff is absolutely amazing. So very relaxed and helpful. The breakfast is a full bery tasty breakfast and the woman preparing it is wonderful. They even sent us off with a bagged lunch when we left earlier than 7am and had light crackers and cookies available throughout the day. Location is very convenient. They even have a separate area accessible to guests on the waterfront that we found to relax and read. I highly recommend but if you have difficulty with stairs I would suggest not staying here as reception is one floor up."

"Our stay was amazing and the place is lovely! We arrived in Santa Cruz on our first day and spent a night at Blu Galapagos and on our last day, spent our final night there. Our second night we asked for an upgrade with an ocean view and it was absolutely beautiful. The restaurant that is not associated with hotel, but is on location was one of the best meals we had on our trip and the view is right on the water and you can see sharks and raise and fish swimming while dining. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and I would definitely return there."
