About this property

Newly built 1 bdrm, luxury apartment. Quiet and yet close to everything.

  • Glass sliding doors open onto the pool area. The perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and meals. Patio with table and chairs. Two lounge chairs to relax and read. This is one of our larger ground-floor apartments; spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. New king bed with 500 thread count sheets. The living room has a sofa bed. A well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops. Free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV. Linens supplied. The central office is only one block away with friendly English-speaking staff to help you with anything you need.
    Base rate for 2 people. Extra person per night $30 USD. Non smoking only.

    For larger families and groups it is possible to also rent Casa Zarah, a 3-bedroom home, and Casa Catalina #2, a second-floor, one-bedroom apartment. These units share a large lot separated by a wall with a connecting door. Great location, only a two-minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes to the town square.
