This bright and fully furnished apartment is located on the first floor of a 3-storey family house with just 4 units. It offers you a shared spacious terrace with pool view and a second private terrace in the back. The apartment has been renovated in 2021; it is fully equipped, ceiling fans, screened windows and AC in the bedroom. The bedroom is equipped with a Queen Size Bed; The bathroom is bright and spacious.
Enjoy the gentle breeze from the spacious gazebo on the pool side and walk just 150 yards to the beautiful beach. All the amenities of Costambar like restaurants, bars, supermarket tennis court, gym and golf course are just a 5-8 minutes walk away. The historical centre of Puerto Plata, Ocean World Aquatic Park and the Cable Car to the Mount Isabel National Park is a 5 minutes drive away. You will find public transport on the Costambar entrance gate.

The pool area is exclusive for our in-house guests. A visitor is allowed but on the shared terrace only on request Quiet time from 9.00pm to 08.00am
We expect our guest to talk always softly on open spaces to avoid disturbing other guests. No music on open spaces like terrace and pool area.
Bedroom AC is only for the bedroom not for the living room. 10US per day extra charge if bedroom AC is used when nobody is inside the bedroom.
