Just 5 minutes from the beach, supermarkets, and renowned restaurants, our privileged location in Marina Vallarta ensures a convenient and safe experience. You can enjoy quiet strolls at any time of the day, exploring the streets while admiring the stunning panoramic views and the diversity of flora and fauna that characterize this charming area.

Our villa offers an oasis of relaxation with a spacious living room, kitchen, and dining area in an open space, surrounded by large windows that offer panoramic views of the garden, pool, terrace, and golf course. Relax and enjoy your favorite program on the 65" Smart TV with satellite channels and streaming apps, or prepare delicious meals and desserts in our fully equipped kitchen, which includes complimentary basic cooking essentials and utensils. Additionally, you can take advantage of our outdoor barbecue area with complimentary charcoal and basic accessories for use.

Take a dip in the private pool or relax in the bubbling hot tub while taking in the spectacular views that surround you. Our three bedrooms on the second level feature private bathrooms and walk-in closets, each equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan, and panoramic views.
