You'll enjoy a prime location in the middle of the Marina Vallarta neighborhood, just south of the international airport. The marina area features plentiful boutiques, restaurants, and a boardwalk, and the Zona Romantica and central Puerto Vallarta await just six miles south. When it’s time to hit the sand, it’s a short walk to Playa el Salado, but with onsite amenities including a gym, rooftop pool, resort spa, and sun decks, you may not venture far.

Great location, wonderful view
The condo was nice and had everything we needed. However both the bedrooms and the bathrooms (more specifically the showers) were very small and uncomfortable. The check-in process and trying to communicate with the property owner was a bit of a struggle at first, but once we made contact, it was smooth sailing. Overall it was a good experience!

The clinic
The unit was spotless and had a great view of the Marina. I like the more traditional colonial Mexican architecture but picked this ultra modern building because I couldn’t find another VRBO in the Marina. The showers are tiny for me. The gym was nice. Roof pool was cool. Elevator was broken. Outside jacuzzis didn’t work. Gym was solid. The whole building kinda felt like a hospital frankly. Just not my style. My bedroom with the balcony was amazing and huge sliding windows were awesome. It was cool to be on the 11th floor and see the birds flying eye level. Good minimalist interior design. I’m in old town now where I like it better. Ciao.

Absolutely Spectacular
This 2-bedroom, 2-bath property is sparkling clean. Most comfortable, gorgeous view of the marina from the 11th floor, management was so helpful. I just can't say enough about this place except I can't wait to stay again!
