"The hotel was renovated and the room was lovely. Room service was a disappointment. Received half of one dish and charged double for some vegetables on the side. Forgot the sides, soy sauce, and drinks. It was a shame as otherwise it was a good overnight stay close to the airport."

"The good thing about this hotel is the staff are helpful. Although there ate plenty of shops, eateries below the hotel but it’s not noisy. Also one good thing is a walking distance to the MRT."

"Always good to return to The Stamford, it's my favourite hotel for the Singapore F1 GP. Good facilities, the Skai Bar and restaurant are very good, with excellent views across the city. The room was spacious, good balcony. Only minor issue was the time it took for hot water to come through, especially with the rain shower. The shopping centre attached has a good range of shops and LOTS of food places to try. I recommend this hotel and will definitely be using it again for next year's GP."

"Great location with good transport links very close by, staff all helpful and welcoming. Room and bathroom a little on the small side so we’re thankful we had booked one with a balcony, would recommend and would stay here again."

"Very small room. Cost effective hotel in good location 5 mins walk to MRT & 20 mins to city centre (telok Ayer station is between raffles place & Robinson road). No staff interactions as digital check in. Very loud Noise in my room from bathroom (5-02) every time neighbors used taps, toilet, shower. Room wasn’t cleaned during 2 night stay but maybe that is a hotel policy to keep cost down"

"The location is very handy and the staff super friendly. The room was tiny but the mattresses were good and firm and the hotel was fairly quiet. They could provide more tea and coffee in the room though. For two people we only found one tea bag of green tea and one black tea, respectively, and we had to ask for more repetitively."
