"Outstanding stay in a really cool location right between the Factory and downtown Franklin inside a gated area.Getting to the location was very easy as was the check-in process and stay. Most importantly, it was just as described in the posting. Very rustic, comfortable and laid out perfectly with your living area on one side, bathroom and shower in the middle, and bedroom on the other side.Our host was very accessible and quick to respond to any questions or needs. We brought family in the area by to see it and she was very accommodating.We hope to stay again very soon here!"

"Location was good with a nice park within walking distance. 2 bedroom, 2 bath layout was great. Good kitchen. No keurig pods as shown in pictures. Outdoor patio space would have been great but was very dirty with ripped chairs. Place would have been much nicer with a good deep cleaning. Worked for a 2 night stay. "
