"What a wonderful trip we had! We loved our stay. The home was immaculate and gave us more than enough room. I love a host who supplies enough towels so that was a big plus. The location was perfection in that it wasn’t a far walk into downtown Franklin. We had three days of good food, good walks, and wonderful weather. We will stay at Fowlkes Street again. It’s great!! "

"They tell you there are 2 options for parking. A $50/day parking garage attached to the hotel, or a valet parking that is $50/day. They did tell us there is a parking park age near by that is free, but a walk. The parking garage was free and about a 1 minute walk. So much more convenient and free. "

"We loved our stay at Carters Court Cozy Hideaway! It was close to downtown and not far off the highway, and the condo had everything we needed for a few days away! Having the Fainting goat coffee company next door was awesome! The only negative was that we experienced a leak under the kitchen sink and it took several phone calls and emails with the property managing company to get the plumber out to fix it. I know this property was recently renovated and opened, so probably just a few kinks to work out. We would stay there again!"

"Great location, easy to park. Love that there was a cafe for coffee downstairs right on property. Easy walk to downtown and loved that Carter house was across the street for a historical tour. Relatively easy to walk to downtown Main Street for shopping and restaurants. Home was exceptional, better than pictures, and very clean. Property included essentials like keurig cups, paper towel, toilet paper, and bath essentials that were the perfect amount for our stay. We travelled with my in laws so the setup was perfect - my husband, myself, and 2 kids had the 2 bedroom side and my in laws had the 1 bedroom side. Everyone had their own space, own kitchen, but could mingle easily and hangout when we wanted. We plan on coming back to Franklin and would not hesitate to book this property again. One thing to note is that there are only stairs to access the property, but that was clear on the listing. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Will be back soon. "
