"No freezer space. Less elbow room than other stays. Quiet location for resting. Nice breakfast options. Surprisingly easy northbound traffic flow around eastern side of Nashville during morning commute time. Easy access to downtown Franklin."

"Overall the place was pretty nice. The two main issues were cleanliness and the internet. The brick floors were so dirty you had to keep socks on or your feet would turn black and there was a bunch of hair in the shower drain. The internet was painfully slow to the point where streaming and remote work is not possible. Other than that it was pretty nice and has a great location for walking the town. "

"This is a fantastic studio suite a few blocks from downtown Franklin. It is beautifully appointed with attention to detail. It was super clean and cute. We walked to downtown Franklin restaurants, super convenient and quant. I highly recommend it."

"We were able to park the truck at the property and walk to the downtown area easily. The light switches are a bit confusing! But nothing that can’t be handled! Amy greeted us upon arrival and was available during the entire stay. "

"Great house however we were up all night the first night with cement mixers going up down street all night, and there was a lot of construction related noise throughout the week. We would not have rented house if owner had disclosed 24 hour construction near by. Owner did not respond to my concerns for 6 days(on my last day)then said they have had no complaints. You should know construction is 24 hours a day until fall of 2027. There is a flyer with all the details in the owners manual. I called superintendent on the project to discuss our concerns since owner did not respond. "
