"My wife wanted to take a bath but the tub was filthy. Call front desk and 35 mins later someone came to clean it. Then my wife had to clean it again to get off all the chemical residue. She started to fill it and it had a sheen like an oil slick. Not handled very well."

"Outstanding stay in a really cool location right between the Factory and downtown Franklin inside a gated area.Getting to the location was very easy as was the check-in process and stay. Most importantly, it was just as described in the posting. Very rustic, comfortable and laid out perfectly with your living area on one side, bathroom and shower in the middle, and bedroom on the other side.Our host was very accessible and quick to respond to any questions or needs. We brought family in the area by to see it and she was very accommodating.We hope to stay again very soon here!"

"Great house however we were up all night the first night with cement mixers going up down street all night, and there was a lot of construction related noise throughout the week. We would not have rented house if owner had disclosed 24 hour construction near by. Owner did not respond to my concerns for 6 days(on my last day)then said they have had no complaints. You should know construction is 24 hours a day until fall of 2027. There is a flyer with all the details in the owners manual. I called superintendent on the project to discuss our concerns since owner did not respond. "
