"I bought here but got confirmation from travelio and talked to them the whole stay. Hotels.com didn't believe me when I said if I bought it directly with them (travelio) I would save 1000 sek. They didn't accept and didn't believe it was actually travelio I bought with, through hotels.com. Except for that, the sink was leaking, not clean good enough and the travelio support was bad. The people coming fixing everything were nice and good people. Just under staffed."

"I requested Travelio for WiFi in the room and toilet roll but no response at all. The light at the table was not blown but not replaced. No one came to do housekeeping during 3 days stay."

"Friendly hotel staff. Nice and clean hotel. Near by Botanical Garden, malls and food area. Very comfy stay. Spacious room and bathroom. Very nice view. Will come back again when visit Bogor next time for sure. "
