"It is pretty basic, but equiped with all necessities and nicely put together. A cozy cabin with a lot of history. No street noise, no neighbor noise! Just woods, fields and creeks and all their critters. Good place to write, read and rest. No screens. Best for a small family, close friends or a couple. Not much privacy amongst the guests, but very private from the rest of the world! My husband and I loved it and hope to return!"

"Great place to stay on the Eastern Shore. The place is old but nicely taken care of. The local restaurant was delicious. The staff was great. My only complaint was how hard the mattress was on the bed. I would not hesitate to stay there again."

"Stayed three nights. Amazing views over the marsh, sightings of eagles, willets, skimmers, sandpipers, plovers, and more without leaving the house. Super clean home, well stocked and welcoming. Quite remote, Just the way we like it. Host could not have between more responsive and helpful."

"My cousin and I stayed in the cottage for a girls' weekend. We adore it! We wish we could live here forever! It is clean and comfortable and better than the photos represent. We especially love the layout and charming decor. It is very close to the quaint little town. We enjoyed lunch on the deck at Mallard's. We had lots of fun at The Blarney Stone for karaoke. We highly recommend this cottage!"
