1) We will need all guests' photo IDs or passports to access the resort. (During check-in, the front desk will give all guests a numbered ID bracelet and scan a copy of their ID for records. You can use or keep these handy, as you must present them at the security gates to re-enter the property.)

2)- The apartment is located on the first floor (low silver).

3) Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. If your arrival is outside this time, please let us know beforehand.

We reserve the right to admit guests without check-in registration. The additional guest must pay USD 20.00 daily (Maximum capacity: 4 people).

4)- ELECTRICITY IS NOT INCLUDED.
Option 1: the cost of this service will depend on your consumption during your days of stay, with a value of 24 Dominican Pesos per KW consumed; you can pay in cash, local bank transfer, and Airbnb (consider that we must add USD 7.00 of bank transaction to the initial amount when paying for Airbnb).
Option 2: You can pay 27.00 USD daily, equivalent to an indefinite consumption. Please look at them; turn them off when you are not inside the apartment or the windows are open.

5)- Please note that there are many bars and restaurants outside Playa Turquesa Ocean Club, so there will be live music and DJs often, and late into the night, you will hear from your condo. Los Corales is a beautiful neighborhood where you can enjoy life, day and night, so it's vibrant.

11)—Before your arrival, we recommend visiting a supermarket. The accommodation contains a drinking water bottle, coffee, sugar, dishwashing detergent, conditioner, shampoo, and body soap. Each customer is responsible for replacing these items.

12)—On the day of check-out, all guests must pass by reception before they are checked out of their condos. A receptionist will remove their ID Bracelets and issue them the required check-out ticket.

13)—No Visitors Allowed: Due to regulatory Playa Turquesa Complex restrictions, visiting apartments operating as vacation rentals is strictly prohibited.
