food was super mid, if you thinking of staying at the adults only— please know kids and families still have access to walk through the adults only premises. Every morning i was woken up at 8-9am by kids running around and crying. Will not go back as i couldn’t relax. The staff was super friendly and helpful. You’ll need reservations for every restaurant on site except the valley which is open 24/7. The room service food was awful. This is literally false advertisement.

The rooms are spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. Multiple pool options meant we did not have any issues securing a lounge chair. At times the music around pool areas could be too loud but it all ends by 6pm. The resort has something for everyone - it is very large so be prepared to walk.

The property was beautiful. The staff wasn’t as friendly as other resorts but they weren’t rude. Housekeeping didn’t leave but one towel set once cleaning the room and dining only allowed one napkin per guest which was strange to me. This was one of the biggest resorts I have been to thus far and the pool was just beautiful. It was hard to find beach chairs as people claim them early but you never saw anyone at them. The beach was great but had a lot of seaweed. I would highly recommend this resort to couples.

There was endless things to do! We went for four nights and there was still more we could’ve done. Some things you pay extra for, but it’s fun and kinda worth it. The rooms???? Amazing…. Simple, neat, clean, beachy, it was great!

Great food selection throughout the buffets and restaurants. Lots of local options as well. Local vendors are on the beach for excursion possibilities. Bars are conveniently located. Domingo was the best bartender, located at the adult only pool. Room was very clean and the ladies did a great job of keeping it tidy. Casino was pretty slow but if it’s a busy night, enjoyable. Coffee spot was relaxing and I loved the layout of the entire property.

For starters the food was amazing! The staff were half decent, rude, and RACIST. When they think you can’t speak Spanish they say rude things about you in Spanish. Upon leaving the resort the staff made my group go through the detectors multiple times and accused us of stealing towels from them. Once they realized we didn’t steal they gave no apology and proceeded to keep us at the hotel in the driveway until they found all the check out tickets that THEY misplaced due to their accusations. Don’t think I’ll be returning due to the rude staff. My swim up room was splendid and again so was the food. I wish the staff had more etiquette.
