We fell in love with this place 2 years ago when our daughter was 4. The kids club is hands down the best you’ll find for the price and the water park on property made life easy for us. Staff was phenomenal 2 years ago. This year things felt different and we noticed the lack of staff overall which led to a couple of negative encounters this time around. The rooms needed updating 2 years ago and have only gotten worse since. It’s great for little kids but I think we’ll try a different place next year.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a great variety of food and amenities. I especially enjoyed the pools, beach, and overall family-friendly atmosphere. Everything made the vacation relaxing, fun, and memorable. I would definitely recommend this resort and would love to come back again! And not forgetting From the front desk, YOHANNA my favorite bartender, LEWIS and the other bartender forgot his name. But those three people were the most amazing.z

The pool area was very slippery, it was many of cockroaches all over the place especially in the buffet and the rooms need some renovation. Other than that my kids had a lot of fun and is so much fun to do. The music was amazing and stuff was great!
