The location was great, close to ocean, pool and many really good restaurants. Nomar the host was very responsive to any questions. The beds were very firm, it can be noisy as the place is on a very busy roadway, but it was not excessive. We stayed 9 days and our electricity cost 240CDN, we tried to keep it just AC in evening, electricity is expensive in the DR. The condo was spacious; grounds were well kept. Would highly recommend.
We have had a great experience staying at the appartment. It is spacious, beautiful, and it provides amazing views from the both balconies and a bedroom. The location is great: one minute walk to the beach and 5-10 minutes walk to many restaurants and shops. The host (Sebastian) is very responsive. He made our stay very comfortable. He also assisted with transportation to the airport and with excursions. Thank you very much for the wonderful vacation! We hope to come back there again next time we visit Punta Cana.
This property lists washer, dryer and air conditioner as an amenity. However there was none of these. When asked about the W/D, the host offered us house keeping service and implied that it was included. After we left the host was angry that we asked for cleaning service and charged $300 for cleaning. He also charged us $350 for using the air conditioner.
Pros- the penthouse was a excellent ideal size to accommodate my family of 6. The apartment was very close to the beach. Food was good at the beach club.
There is a nice mini market around the corner where I was able to get basic stuff that was needed
Cons-
The metal fixtures were all corroded and falling apart.
The kitchen light was not working or we couldn’t find the switch. The owner said he would come by to show where it was but was not able to make it.
Towards the end of the stay, there was no running water bc of a new pipe installation in building. Host did not tell us so that we could have planned accordingly. We could not use the toilet or sink. The swimming pool was closed two days we were there.
I have the text messages showing all communication. So far no resolution for VRBO because the host has not responded.
We stayed two nights at this lovely apartment just steps from the beach. The location is excellent. The apartment is a little dated but this was not an issue for us. It was quite spacious for our family of 5. Dining and shopping was also within walking distance which was very convenient.
We only had one major issue with this apartment which was noise. It is located right on a beach access road which was very noisy at night while trying to sleep. Motorcycles and scooters can be heard throughout the night passing by right under your window.
There was a very loud party right across that street that carried on until 2am one evening which woke us up a number of times. This is not the owner's fault of course, I believe it's just what to expect in this area.
A couple other things we found were that the gas stove in the apartment did not have any propane, so cooking our own meals was not an option. Lastly, you will be charged for electricity you used separately as you are checking out. This seems to be common is some rentals in Dominican Republic. Our fee was $20 U.S. for three days.
There is no self-checkin option. You must try to coordinate with the owner to obtain a physical key to enter the apartment. This might take a few messages back and forth to coordinate a time to check in.
If you are single or a group looking for a party weekend, this apartment is perfect, but for a family that is looking for something a little more peaceful you may want to look elsewhere.
Great location and steps away from a full service beach! Many shops and restaurants in walking distance. The place is spacious with great decks. Wish it was more updated and better outdoor furniture but overall it was a great place and will definitely rent again!

The condo is exactly as described. New and comfortable and all the proper amenities. Steps to the beach and a great view from the balconies.... Cant say enough about Lia & Guieseppe. They are great ! From their warm welcome, to their great advice, general help with Taxis and plans, and most importantly any issues that came up they handeled amazingly fast and always with a smile. They are wonderful !
Tout était très bien! Le seul chose qu on a moins aimé il y a beaucoup de bruit, moto, des fêtards et il y a un restaurant qui joue de laMusique très tard le soir . Je comprends que c est hors contrôle du propriétaire. On reviendra sans hésiter. Merci pour tout au gérant de la place

Renting part was easy. Like I said it needs new beds. New furniture. New kitchen. Especially New bathrooms.

Very pleasant
The apartment is very nice inside, just as shown in the pictures, spacious and clean. It is very close to the beach but not actually on it, and there is easy access.
On checking in we were shown not only around the apartment, but also where the nearest ATM, supermarket etc were which was extremely helpful.
On checking in we were reminded that electricity was extra, and warned that it was expensive, but we were still surprised by the amount we were charged for the 4 nights. We will think about that more if we visit again.
All in all a very pleasant base for our vacation.
