We had the absolute best time. I wish I wrote down the names of all the wonderful staff but truly EVERYONE at this resort was AMAZING. 5 stars all the way in every area. Bartenders at the pool bars, front desk and spa staff, hibachi chefs and many more, thank you for making our stay exactly what we needed!!! We can’t wait to go back.

I stayed at this resort for 3 nights and I can honestly say that this has been one of the best experiences of my life. The overall resort is beautiful and the beach is amazing. The food was amazing. The market cafe (resort buffet), El Patio restaurant, Coco cafe, and himitsu were all great. The room was nice and well maintained by the staff. The staff were very welcoming and attentive the entire stay. I am definitely coming back here.

I recently stayed at Secrets in cap Cana and I can’t say enough about the outstanding service we received throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail.

For it being our first All Inclusive we very much so enjoyed ourselves! Most of the staff was incredibly friendly and kind. We didn't really get the best out of our “butler” as other people in the resort did, but we didn’t need him so it was fine. The atmosphere was fun and relaxing. I wish I could have found the crepe station!!
