Best AI we’ve been to. Only downside was that beach was covered in seaweed when we went in September. The price we paid reflected that vs preferred seasons so I can’t complain too much. Food and service were great. Best deep tissue massage at spa.

Poor Customer Service, male staff were rude while women staff were nicer. Food was not great. Pool and beach were nice. Overall is not worth the price.

Everything was great! Hector, the trainer at the local fitness center, taught me more Caribbean Spanish and gave great advice on lifting. The resort offers a wide variety of food options—Japanese, French, Italian, and more. This is the best all-inclusive resort I’ve been to. The tours, especially scuba diving and Scape Park at Cap Cana, are highly recommended. The resort feels very safe, and I’ve never seen water so blue. The beach is expansive, clean, and absolutely beautiful.

Our entire stay was absolutely blissful. The staff took impeccable care, especially our wonderful concierge Reinaldo. We would happily return and look forward to the gorgeous property, exciting activities, incredible hospitality, and delicious food. This trip was a delight, our only grievance is that we didn’t stay longer!

The service was top notch compared to other bigger hotels, you can tell they genuinely care. The food was insanely amazing and the drinks were flowing. Definitely recommend.

A beautiful property where they pay attention to detail. Numerous food offerings. Each guest gets his/ her own concierge. Beautiful pool. I can’t say anything about the beach because I am a pool girl. Amazing service. Shout out to the towel guy nearest to the lobby. He helped me every day with my umbrella, changing it as the position of the sun changed.
