"The staff were very friendly but the restaurant was closed on Sundays which we were not made aware of before. The facilities are clean and comfortable though a bit dated. Really nice indoor heated pool and kids play area. Mosquito coverings on window not well sealed and the mosquitos were vicious…even in the spring. "

"This hotel was expensive for what you got. It was very outdated and not very clean. There was no mattress cover on the mattress and the bathroom was moldy. Towels were threadbare. Pay a little extra and stay somewhere else."

"Desde afuera el lugar parecía prometedor, pero fue un desastre. Reservé una habitación con baño privado y nos dieron una habitación con el baño fuera y compartido. Todo ocurrió en las primeras horas del check-in: el lugar estaba sucio, la cocina en pésimas condiciones, había bichos en la habitación, el baño era precario, con poca presión de agua y cerraduras que no funcionaban. Lo peor fue que nos dieron toallas sucias, una con sangre y otra con aparentes desechos humanos. En recepción dijeron...
