"Apart from the hiccups with the check in process, everything else about the apartment was fantastic. Very spacious and clean apartment with good view of the sea. Easy access to local restraurants,bus stand and taxi station which was just across the hotel. However, there were noise from the bar downstairs late in the night which can be a problem if you're staying right above. Overall a wonderful stay and would recommend. "

"This apartment is a beautiful and spotlessly clean ideal little piece of paradise pool a few yards from your private patio, from which you can either sit and soak up the sun or pull out the full awning and sit in the shade, perfectly located for a lovely, leisurely stroll along the beach front. 2 mins from the beach…apartment is well equipped, with everything you could think of, hairdryer, iron, washer,, like a little home from home. "This property ticked the boxes we wanted, which was a property at a good price and access to a 25m training pool for our kids, that swim. The property is surprisingly spacious even with the fold out sofa and other fold away bed down. The apartment is well equipped and the use of washing machine is great. The property owner was very responsive to any questions. The hotel itself is not luxurious, but was what we expected and is a little bit of a walk to some of the main restaurants, not an issue...

"I love these apartments and return 2 or 3 times a year, the apartments are well equipped, spacious, bright and spotlessly clean. The beds are comfy, the shower is powerful and the water is always hot. The pool and surrounding areas are also kept immaculately clean and has a lovely relaxed and friendly feel. "This lovely apartment was spotlessly clean with everything we needed (apart from a toaster but that might be just an English thing) We stayed for 53 nights with our dog. Comfy bed. Lovely little balcony. Washing machine. Great quiet location with excellent bus service to other parts of the island..note..the buses are not dog friendly. Will definitely return."

"This upstairs apartment is on a quiet and friendly complex. It’s in a great position for walking into the main strip of Puerta del carmen with its bars and restaurants. In the opposite direction you can take a leisurely stroll to Matagorda which takes about 20 minutes. Straight in front of the complex is the beach. "Wir waren schon sehr oft auf Lanzarote, dies war aber erst unser zweiter Urlaub in Arrieta. Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, Parkplatz vorm Haus. Das Apartment ist sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, dass heißt, es fehlt an nichts! Sehr sauber, Betten und Bad super! Aber das beste ist die Terrasse mit Meerblick und der Sonnenaufgang am Morgen! "Property in need of total refurbishment, looks like it's not been touched since the 1970's. Bad smells in the apartment, kitchen dirty. Saw cockroaches, had to leave as couldn't stand it any longer and had to pay for hotel room @ €155 a night. Have told the owner but she hasn't responded. Sofa had filthy stains so they just threw a blanket over it. The bedding was awful and the bad has a rusty plug hole. Struggle to open close windows. The list goes on!"

The apartment was very clean, and has very comfortable beds. Some English speaking TV channels would have been very welcome, my husband was a little put out about just news channels in English. "The apartment is in a lovely private complex and the outlook with seaview, pool view, lovely terrace and furniture were great. You're very central walking 150m youre on the promenade at Plata Bastian, 7-8 min walk through a cut you're in the square, 5 min to supermarket etc. Host was avaluable for questions and we were met by local lady for check in. Cant fault these points but..... The apartment is in need of TLC and as regular apt hirers this one was poor by comparison to others in the town....
