"This property desperately needs to be updated. The rooms are marginally comfortable. I understand there are water pressure issues in town, but totally losing water mid shower is not a great experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. View and location are great, but would not stay here again. "

"Did not receive the room I booked online. Booked two queen beds, room had one bed. Had a Junior Suite room- not sure why they are called that. One, bed, one chair and a desk. Would like to see at minimum a small fridge, as was difficult to get ice for our outside drinks."

"We had breakfast provided daily and it was never correct. Some staff unable to understand English so order was never correct. When the food came out it was cold. Marco and Carlos often had to correct the orders and they are awesome. This facility will never survive all inclusive as food is pretty low standard. "

"It was a very comfortable unit. Regina, the property manager, was very accommodating and helpful. The lanai was amazing with beautiful views of the beach and pool area. Amazing sunsets!! The beach lounge chairs and umbrellas/palapas were great to have use of. And the pool was wonderful. The grounds are very well maintained. I would definitely rent this unit again. "

"Check in was extremely slow. I asked for 2 rooms together they did not accommodate despite me asking for this way ahead of time. Although I know it's not guaranteed it was still annoying. The family room was spacious. The service is average. Workers seem to be bothered by having to work. Food is not good at all. There is no restaurant that is always open. The restaurant times are very confusing because they all have different hours. Despite room service being 24 hours and the hotel being all inclusive it doesn't mean you can get room service whenever you want. ROOM SERVICE IS ONLY INCLUDED ONCE PER DAY. I find this to be dumb and they should make it clear when booking. If you need water and don't like drinking from the refillable water fountain make sure to bring your own bottled water. They do not provide any bottled water. The mini fridge is only refilled once daily and again you can not order extra drinks through room service. The only positive thing is that they do have multiple activities a day. Overall I wouldn't recommend staying here. I have stayed at hotels with better food and better service. "

"My family and I just got back from our stay at Villa Ventura and we were all so sad to leave. We were there to celebrate mine, my son and grandson's birthday. wonderful way to celebrate with family! It was a beautiful house with amazing view of the ocean, private pool and sandy beach. Our chef, Beto, made us fabulous food! Danny and Danny Jr. were always there with drinks at the pool and whatever we needed. We had amazing massages in our room, Patricia and Nora always available for our questions and help with transportation. We would definitely be interested in returning to the beautiful place in paradise. thank you to all the staff for everything! We will miss you, the food and the amazing service. Mona "
