"Very helpful and friendly staff, our apartment was spacious and clean although we felt that the bathroom would benefit from being updating, the bath especially and maybe tile around the shower. The pool was lovely and cool after a day of site seeing and very well kept with regular cleaning. Great value for the money and would visit again!"

The buffet lunch and dinners were basically the same foods every day for both meals (and not very good), the snack bar offered terrible sandwiches with cold/old fries, and although its 'all-inclusive', there is an upcharge for a lot of things (for example, there's an appealing gelato station at the snack bar with 16 flavors of ice cream, but the only ice cream included in the all-inclusive is a tiny vanilla or strawberry frozen ice cream...

We landed late at the airport and took a taxi to the hostal which took around 5-10 mins. "The hotel is in a great spot, easy walking to the old town and to the harbour, not far from the bus station too. Its a beautiful building, the bedrooms were immaculate and spacious. "You're not treated as a number. The staff take a genuine interest, the hotel is kept clean and furniture is either new or well maintained. The food was simple but seemed healthy. The only genuine negatives are a lack of free filtered drinking water and modernisation of bathrooms to have walk in showers rather than bath tubs which could be a little slippy"
