"The resort is beautiful and well-maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere that sets it apart from many other all-inclusive resorts. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The food was excellent overall, but the real standouts were the taco place and the coffee shop—both truly memorable. The only area for improvement would be the limited dining options during certain times. On Wednesday at lunch, only one restaurant was open, and we experienced a long wait for room service."

The resort facilities and dining options are good. I had good ocean view room from the Excellence side of the resort. All the food and drinks my wide and I had were delicious. "

"My stay here was amazing and everything I needed after working 70 hrs a week all the time . I enjoyed a nice and relax vacation with my fiancée and loved my stay here and stand by the excellence brand . What really surprised me is how pleasant the staff is considering I know how other all inclusive resorts can be. The employees seemed to really enjoy their job and were super polite. I wish we had more sunshine during our stay considering we visited at the end of June but I wouldn’t change a thing about my trip . Would absolutely stay here again food was great lots of different options , gym was state of the art , entertainment was cool , drinks were flowing , and so many activities throughoutthe day . "What an amazing resort experience! Everything from the food to the service to the rooms was top-notch. Our room was cleaned daily, and one of the best perks was being able to order lunch and drinks right from the pool. The beach is just steps away, and it was well maintained. They cleared the seaweed daily,ñ. We chose the all-inclusive package, and if you're someone who loves to eat and drink (like we do!), it’s 100% worth it. They still provide receipts showing what you would’ve paid without it, and every one of ours said “covered - AI,” which was super reassuring. We had no surprises at checkout. A tip: follow the advice in other reviews and book your dinner reservations early. The restaurants fill up fast. All are great! You can’t go wrong with any of them. I’ve stayed at two other resorts in Cancun, and the food here is the best by far. The steaks are not dry. The food has flavor. The drinks are not watered down. I also loved the free water activities. They offered paddle boards and kayaks, and it was such a fun and easy way to enjoy the water. This is a family resort. There is no nigh lot time entertainment but they do provide an itinerary of pool activities. They play some music on occasions but it’s not a party hotel. Which we didn’t mind at all!! This place is officially on my repeat list."

"We really enjoyed the room. It was very spacious with a king sized bed. Two large bathrooms. Great service. The resort is gorgeous and well maintained. Lots of pools to choose from with lots of palm trees for cover from the heat. Beach was great and despite lots of seaweed washing up on shore, the resort was quick to clean it up multiple times a day! Lots of loungers to choose from including cabanas. Can easily reserve a chair in the morning which was great. Very family friendly. The food was outstanding. The breakfast buffet was incredible. I would come back. Highly recommended. "
