"Excellent place to stay for a weekend break. The building was beautiful and the restaurant food was excellent. Only think I would change is the use of the facilities on the Sunday…wish they could be used longer and not just until check out time at 11 am."

"Lovely hotel lovely"

"Lovely hotel conveniently positioned for our sale at armley museum, good amenities given its right by the services. Only gripe is the shower screen allows a lot of water to escape as the shower is really powerful ( no complaints there) breakfast is great so all in all we highly recommend this place"

"The room was surface clean but off putting to see the grime around the bed legs. Obviously hoovered but months where it didn't get near enough that you could see it when sitting in the chair. Breakfast delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Possibly the hardest bed I ever slept in. Or didn't sleep in more to the point. So hard it hurt my hips."

"Always use this hotel for work. Nice room, desk for more work, gym and spa facilities and the restaurant has a great coal fired grill that do excellent steaks!"

"Good room, good bar and good breakfast in the morning"

"I got a great price on Hotels.com. The communications were good and I was emailed the codes for entry. Good parking in the courtyard. My room was bright, clean and comfortable. The shower was good & toiletries and an excellent towel provided. There were coffee making facilities."

"Handy place to stay for Wakefield and Ossett"

"The Hotel is located in a charming village Newmillerdam. There is a large serene beautiful stream near the Hotel St Pierre, where you can take a walk, Wakefield centre is 15 minutes drive away. The Staff were pleasant and In room coffee is a blessing after a very long drive. Omellete breakfast to order was a delightful experience,"

"Great place and host, would highly recommend"

"A warm and friendly welcome. Nice to stroll in the grounds. Room was comfortable and quiet. Dario's Italian restaurant was excellent and a short walk away."
