"On the morning of October 1st we were caught in a heavy downpour at Machu Picchu and ended up completely soaked. Even though we had already checked out, we went back to the Inkaterra front desk in the afternoon to ask for help. The two ladies and one gentleman who received us were absolutely wonderful — warm, attentive, and very efficient. "Wow what an incredible hotel in Aguas Calientes. From the outside it’s quite unassuming, but inside, the room is spacious, modern and perfectly clean (basically spotless). So so clean! Simply incredible for the price. The gentlemen at the reception was so nice and helpful with everything I needed, and even carried my luggage up 5 floors. "

"Amazing service and communication. Location is fantastic. Breakfast is tasty. They will meet you at the train station and take your bags back to the station when you leave. They had a living room we could use with couch and restroom when we arrived hours before check in. I would give more stars if I could."
