"As two families with 5 young children between us we wanted somewhere with things to do on site for them. We booked this property as we thought it would be a great place to stay for our children. It is described as a luxury holiday cottage, it is definitely not! We arrived after midnight (having informed the owner we would be arriving late) to unmade beds which we then had to make up for the 9 of us. There were cobwebs, insects and flies everywhere. "I wanted something different than the ordinary. I was struck by the photos and descriptions. Even though a wide angle lens was used, but I knew that. The house was nicely furnished with virtually all one could need in the kitchen. My sister and I are both over 70 and the stairs were a bit challenging as they were steep. The WC is on the bottom floor only so keep that in mind if you have any mobility issues. But that is very clear in the information. Our hostess was very kind and available!!...

"We really loved this place, in the middle of nature. It is quite far from everything touristic but this is pure nature with millions of wild flowers, butterflies, wildlife, birds ... The gite is well equipped with a new kitchen and a terrace at our bedroom with a splendid view on the environment (ideal place for reading). "We spent 14 very relaxing days in the house of Severin and Frederic. The main house as well as the "chicken coop" have been prepared with great attention to detail and great effort. The kitchen is certainly expandable (dishwasher, full oven) but still absolutely sufficient, especially since outside a grill is available.
