"Great location just next to the metro. Available restaurant everywhere. I thought the front desk staff was a bit new and I didnt like that i have to collect my laundry at the frontdesk because they didnt took sufficient deposit. Aside from that, rooms were big tho carpets could be cleaner."

Breakfast was amazing buffet not expensive.. the only issues we had was with a miss understanding about a laundry service…. We ended up paying like $200 US dollars for underwear cleaning…. After do much talking they didn’t satisfy us in tge issue at all … Besides that the rest was good .."

Yet, the walls were too thin so we can hear other people talking. Their checkin process was disorganized, we literally have to check with the front desk each time, and they did not text/call us. "
