"3泊しました。初回、バスシンクにお湯をためようとしたら、前の宿泊者の長い髪の毛が7，8本バスシンク内に落ちていました。第2夜からはバスシンクも清掃しているように思いました。朝食バイキングにも使用されるカジュアルレストランですが、朝食時は料理も豊富で味もまぁまぁなんですが、夜に行くと料理も4，5種類しかなく、アルコール類も前近代的なメニューです。それなのに表示価格はホテル価格です。 "

"My stay at Portman was perfect! Besides its excellent location and elegant decor, the staff was incredibly lovely and cordial. Their hospitality and courtesy were superb. I would like to give my special thanks to Helen who patiently helped me solve my issues and accommodated my requests. With utmost kindness, she continuously ensured that my 8-day stay at Portman was joyful. She also updated me about the fast-changing nearby shopping malls, restaurants, and boutiques. My room was constantly crystal clean with pink roses and everything was perfectly placed. Therefore, I will definitely stay at Portman again when I come back to Shanghai next time. "
