"The customer service is great and the lady in the front desk is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is so delicious. It is a great hotel with very reasonable price. There is a free shuttle between the hotel and the airport. One of the drivers was not very responsible, and we reported to the hotel after we checked out. "Really enjoyed my stay at Grand Kempinski. Location is convenient yet quiet. Several restaurants, a shopping mall and a subway station are all in walking distance. Staff were professional and friendly. Bellboys were very helpful. Our room has a nice view of the Bund. The only minor thing is that although the bathroom is decently-sized, I couldn't find a good spot for my toiletries. A design flaw I guess. Overall I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again next time I come to...

"If you are attending any tradeshow at the tradeshow Centre across from the Himalayas, this hotel is ideal. Not only are the staff friendly and welcoming, the service is good, the food is good and the rooms are nice and clean. If you don’t speak Mandarin the staff are accommodating and friendly and will find a member of the staff to communicate with you in a friendly manner. I was never frustrated or left without anything.
