"Excellent hotel and great location"

"We had a really good time here with excellent breakfast and beautiful rooms. The staff were super helpful . Will come back next time in Shanghai . Thank you"

"Very nice hotel. I think they pride themselves with the really attention to detail. Staff really insists on making up your room, replenishing hotel amenities. I had a good vie of the city, which is nice. There was a bit of a line one morning for breakfast. Which was weird since there were plenty of tables available inside, I don’t know if that is for crowd control. Also, their hotel registry looks busy all the time, i was waiting on for the check out, then took awhile for the concierge guy to...

"Amazing Birthday Stay at W Shanghai! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at W Shanghai while celebrating my birthday! The hotel kindly upgraded our room to one with a breathtaking view, which made our stay even more special. They also surprised me with a birthday cake, such a thoughtful and lovely gesture! The food was delicious, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the views were simply spectacular. Everything about our stay was memorable, and we truly appreciated the...

"Gute Lage grosszügige Zimmer"

"Excelente desayuno. Muy amable todos"

"I've stayed at the Regent in Taipei so trusted it would just as good in Shanghai. Clearly something is missing. Huge shortage of staff in comparision. Not enough at front desk, aside from the environment it is not different than a 2 star motel. All the staff are very friendly and helpful when they have time and get to you. Had to ask reguarly for more coffee and cream in the room. Budget cuts come to mind when these things add up. Staff cuts, skimping on little things like coffee creamers, only...

"We stayed in a club room on the 51st floor it was fabulous Yes you are out of the main district but it is a short taxi ride from Pudong to Nanjing Rd and this hotel is definitely worth it The staff are incredible They are so helpful and friendly and we stayed here 9 days and loved every minute We have found Shanghai to be a great city very clean and the people delightful Thank you Ritz Carlton to get 10 stars from us ❤️"

"Very good service and the staffs are very helpful in terms of luggage handling and calling cars."

"Wonderful hotel right in the centre. Our room was river facing and up on the 27th floor? And the view was amazing! We did not eat or drink at the hotel but the stay was great. Huge recommend."
