"Thermostats didn’t work. Room temperature reached to 28C. Front desk suggest to provide a fan - I was shocked to hear that. Upon refusing the fan option, changed my room. New room - window wouldn’t close so you can count how many cars passed by. In the morning AC automatically changed to heater and I woke up due to hot room. Old and hard to operate thermostat. Room size although they call it king size bad room was terrible. No sitting spot to sit and put your shoes on. Breakfast is below...
"The stay was perfectly good and everything was fine and good. One most important thing is that the staff needs to learn and speak English as English is an international language. Sheraton is an international brand and that is why English should be spoken and used everywhere in the hotel "
"I went for the F1 Event. Hotel is 3 stations (stops) always for Shanghai Circuit and approx a 10 min walk from Anting Station.
There is heaps of food options and shops nearby (at Anting Stn).

"This Holiday Inn actually adjoins the Hualuxe Hotel (both properties are owned by the IHG group). When you arrive, you check in at the Hualuxe reception area. A buffet breakfast is served on Level 1 of the Hualuxe property; guests also have access to the swimming pool on Level 3 of the Hualuxe Hotel. The properties are located in a fairly quiet, leafy area, and it's only a 12-minute walk to the Guangming Road metro station, from where you can get to the centre of Shanghai in just over an hour....

"There are 3 untrue information on the hotel description including map location, nearby, and getting around. When I found out the hotel is not located at Xuhui and cannot get there by metro, I asked to cancel and refund, but cannot get refund. It is luck for us to find out the errors early and get into trouble at night with luggage. "

"We came from America and We stayed at this hotel for 7 days and i have to say this is by far the best hotel and hospitality i have experienced in a very long time. Very nice and helpful staffs, very clean and spacious rooms, great brekfast buffet and overall amazing atmosphere. We are definitely coming back and staying at this hotel without doubt. "Check in and out process was fast. Hotel location is very good as it is in between the places we wanted to visit and very convenient to take taxi as well as close proximity to metro and malls.
