"One of the things that I thought was going to be annoying, but actually turned out to be very convenient. Was the fact that there are no keys. Everything is just a pin code. That made it very easy to get into the property after hours, and the elevator into the correct floor, and ultimately into your room. Not having to fumble around with keys and making sure it’s correct, and making sure it’s magnetized, all those things. The entire staff greets you upon entry and is very very very helpful."
