"Great little place for an overnight stay. The cottage is as cute as can be. It’s on the same property close to the main house but is private enough. Sure, no running water and the shower is tiny but it was a fun, cozy cottage. Totally worth the stay and the riverside bar/restaurant in Port Deposit was fantastic as well as a pub along the Main Street. Live music at both places. Thanks for hosting us!"

"Myself, my wife, and our dog stayed the weekend while I was in town for a seminar and, truthfully, I can't think of a single thing about this property that wasn't wonderful. It's located close to everything in town without being in town itself. It's right off a main road, but the cottage is set back enough so that it is not obtrusive. "We had a five sibling reunion--the youngest was 78. We made extensive use of the Keurig single cup coffee maker and the four recliner chairs. The front door handle was broken, but it was promptly fixed while we went to dinner. The guest book with information regarding the area was missing so we used Google and recommendations from people we interacted with. All communication was through VRBO because we weren't given a direct phone number. The location is very beautiful and rural with Amish farms...
