"The room was clean and spacious. Location was good if you like being in Times Square but wouldn’t necessarily be my first choice again. But what stood out overall was the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff. Everybody was beyond helpful and super nice"

The only thing that could have made the Parking better was if it was validated when You stayed in the Hotel. The room was a little small but everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. "The hotel was in a great location off time square. It was clean and the staff were really nice. I love the lobby area. I also felt safe because it required a key pass to go to your rooms. We had a quad room with 2 bunk beds. It did not have curtains or drawers like the ones pictured on the website. But it did have chargers in the wall and the beds were comfortable. I loved the down blankets. The bathrooms were clean. Make sure you bring a body pouf or washcloth because they don’t have those. "
