"This hotel was exactly as pictured. The room was spacious, clean and had a lovely, jetted tub with a separate shower. The hotel itself was located across the street from Laval University and a food court that had delicious options. It was also adjacent to a Boston Pizza that got pretty packed most evenings with locals. This limits parking for the actual guests which is a bit annoying. The food at Boston Pizza is terrible, but it's a franchise so we didn't expect much. The pool area was small but good for children. The gym is also quite small but sufficient. Every tourist attraction is no more than 20 minutes from the hotel, which was quite convenient. I believe this was worth the money as we got a deal. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We had a few minor issues that was addressed within minutes. I have never seen such a proactive, prompt hotel team. I would recommend this hotel especially to families with children as some rooms have kitchens."
