"Great place to stay before seeing Machu Picchu. We enjoyed the view of the river, and since we were facing the back, didn’t have any noise issues from the train. We appreciated the early and hearty breakfast, and the staff were kind enough to let us hang out for awhile after checkout while we waited for our train. "

"The people so nice everything clean and with ads for more money and get a suite room. We are watching tv and we are seating in the sofa drinking a wine and seeing the mountain so beautiful we sharing with a group of friends "

"Highly recommend staying here while visiting Machu Picchu! The room we stayed in was very comfortable & very nice considering we are in Peru. Had a nice balcony with a view of the river & street leading to Machu Picchu. The breakfast was offering a variety of fruits, breads, ham & cheese, juices, eggs made to order, cereals & coffee. This isn’t the US so do not expect a US continental breakfast. This type of breakfast is typical for hotels out of the US. The staff was extremely nice & helpful! Helped us find a tour guide for Machu Picchu. The hotel is a ~5 min distance away from the main strip of Aguas Calientes, but at least it was quiet. We recommend & would stay again :) thank you! "

"Very port property with open structure. Staff were super nice and helpful with everything. The breakfast was delish- full continental including hot eggs to order. They packed breakfast for us each day for our hikes. Hot water and water pressure was excellent. Beds were very comfortable. Lounge area was comfortable. Just a great stay. Would recommend. "

"A solid option if you have to spend a night or two in aguas calientes. Comfortable beds and a very helpful and welcoming staff. Unfortunately my room had a habit of locking itself and i then had to go to the front desk to get them to unlock it. The bathroom inside the room did the same thing so I was unable to use the restroom during the night. The noise from the train can be loud to some but quiets down during the night (and is somewhat unavoidable). The staff were so helpful though and let me relax in the upper patio after checking out and even hang clothes to dry up there too. "

"Great place to splurge for a night. We ended up having an "all inclusive" experience. (Food and drink.) Which helped make it feel more "worth it". At the end of the day it is a lot of money for one night, and I bet you could do pretty well in Aguas Calientes for a fraction of the cost and the only real difference is you've gotta take a 20 min bus ride up to Machu Picchu. All that said, the hotel is nice, the staff were wonderful and it was comfortable and clean. It's really up to the individual as to whether or not it's "worth it." "

"Loved our stay at Susanna Inn. The breakfast is delicious. The staff are very friendly. Highly recommend getting a mountain facing room. The sound of the river is so soothing at night plus our room was able to get quite cool opening the window. The only nitpicky thing to point out is the trash can in the bathroom is a regular basket with no lid. Since toilets in Peru do not accept paper, it'd be preferable to have a lid. "
