Mauricio's help throughout the trip made everything run smoothly! ALFREDO bar waiter / restaurant staff (egg station lady wonderful)/ was also outstanding as well as everyone at the front desk. SPA area is small, but very clean and the service is just amazing!"

The bed sheets and towels had stains. The staff was kind and helpful and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, I didn't feel comfortable due to the state of the facilities. I won't be coming back. "
