"Can’t say enough about the magnificent location of this place. It’s a small space but well organized. The ACs were top notch! The best ACS we saw in our 30 days in Europe. They were strong and cool. We had to turn it off often because we would get cold even keeping it at 24/25. The apt stays pretty cool, it didn’t seem to get too hot in there. Things to consider: the elevator is tiny as most elevators in Europe are, so take that into consideration. The first floor is a round of three small...

"We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. 5 minutes from Principe Pio station and mall, 10 minutes from Palacio Real, 1 minute to a great coffee shop. The apt had plenty of space for the 4 of us. We had no issues with the wifi, even though we were on the bottom floor (basement). The check-in process took longer than it needed to, but it was no big deal. Overall, it was the perfect spot and we enjoyed it. "

10/10 Excellent

"We had a wonderful time at the hotel . It is really a hidden gem. My children loved to stay here. We had three separate bedrooms with own desk, wardrobe, full bed and two bathrooms, kitchen and living room. AC system is perfect ( especially in Europe) . Bathrooms and kitchen were so clean . We wish we knew about the hotel earlier so we would stay here for a whole trip visiting Madrid . Very surprised with kind of great conditions with that price. Just 3 minutes walking to the public transportation and 10 more minutes taking bus to the central area. We will stay at this hotel again when we come back to Madrid next time . "
