"Seda is 5 minutes from our office so it is an ideal location. There is a small shopping mall and restaurants galore, visit Italianos if you like pasta etc... You are about a 15 minute walk from Greenbelt and Glorietta mall which are the main malls in this area so it may be a better option if you are visiting for a couple of days. The rooms are serviced apartments and reasonably priced. There is a small gym which has the basic kit but could do with upgrading. Staff are very friendly and...

"The shelf above the desk means you are constantly banging you head on it. Needs to be converted to a pull out underdesk laptop/keyboard shelf arrangement. The shag pile rug in the living area contained shards of glass and button cell batteries that could be very dangerous to small children. The daily room cleaning routine needs to include giving this rug a thorough shaking outside."

"My stay in this hotel was amazing. I arrived early and was greeted by the property owner. She was very accommodating and lovely. I felt like i was greeted by my sibling from a long trip. I was taken to my room and was very happy of it. After a long flight, all you need is a comfortable room. Bonus i have a balcony where i enjoyed my coffee and looking at the fabulous city view at night. The property is very close and walking distance to shopping center and restaurants of your own choice...

"Check in and check out was smooth as long as you bring the necessary documents which was sent by the owner. The documents includes the necessary instructions for check in/out and use of the appliances. A jaw dropping upon entering the unit and the balcony! It is unworthy to leave this unit unclean! I will surely stay here when I am back in manila!"
