Great staff, concierge was kind and helpful.

It was in the center of the City near Financial district. Good amenities. Near many restaurants. The kitchenette is small.

This place is wonderful. Rooms are huge and reasonably priced, it's clean except for the bathroom smell which probably from the cleaning solution that they used which was fixed right away by Joven whose the one who took care of us during our stay. Communication is very effective, staffs are so nice and friendly. Overall, place was excellent and I will for sure use it agajn in the future. Lastly food from attached restaurant Nono's are delicious.

I work in Manila once a quarter for two weeks. I've stayed at every global name hotel in Makati and a few on the fringe of Metro Manila (City of Dreams/Resorts World). This is my new favorite hotel for sure. The staff is awesome - they remembered my name and preferences. They check every cab I take when I leave and when I return - just in case I forgot something in the back seat. They will go out of their way to help. I was recently here during my stay in Manila, I stayed here for a week. This place is topnotch. Excellent location, clean rooms and general areas, and most of all awesome staff from the desk service to the people who clean your room. just awesome. They also go above and beyond to respond to request. Food also tastes good in their cafe. I would stay here again whenever I'm back in makati. The hotel is up to US standards, I can compare the service to the well known Beverly Wilshire. excellent.

The property is so clean, the staff are super friendly. location is excellent. I accidentally left our room open, the housekeeper called security to check our room to make sure nothing is missing and they lock the door and notified us. Breakfast is sooo good, pool is clean and huge. we will definitely go back. I like that there is a washer and dryer in the room and grocery store downstairs.

I liked the surrounding areas was safe and a lot cheaper than I expected.

I truely enjoyed my stay at ascott makati and so are my visiting friends and relatives.. our one bedroom executive suites is spacious nicely decorated.. just above Glorietta Mall Complex and next to SM mall.. our room is overlooking the pool on one side and on the other side the Glotietta 1 rooftop which connects holiday inn... with dinners selection we celebrated our relatives graduation at K-Pub BBQ and on another night at Moonshine restaurant.. highly recommended definitely will return again...

Amazing look room

Pleasantly surprised. Easy check in. Seamless. WiFi worked well. Clean. Only suggestion, put a kitchen size garbage can in pantry or dining area. Have a roll of kitchen roll paper towels available in kitchen area. Quiet place,

The property unit at Parksuites Tower 2 was a good stay in general. Walkable to restaurants and bars. But the parking situation I did not expect that i had to pay for. Other than that i have complaints.

Room was immaculate and the views were great. They were more than accommodating, went above and beyond to help me out when my flight got delayed a whole day and were willing to push back my original dates requested. Their sauna was great, their tomato soup was the best I ever had and I’m not even a tomato soup kinda person. Great location. Everyone and I mean everyone was very nice and respectful.
