"I checked the internet speed before booking this hotel because I had important work to do at night. The website stated that the internet speed was 100 Mbps, but the actual speed was extremely slow, around 0.60 Mbps, which made it impossible for me to do my work. In addition, a large amount of water was leaking from the ceiling while the guest upstairs was taking a shower. I have never experienced something like this at a hotel before. This stay was very disappointing. I need a refund. "

"The rooms are falling apart and left that way. No towel rack to hang your wet towel but you can see where they patched up holes for the racks. tile isn't grouted so its just collecting mold from the water in the bathroom. The shower tub is warped so there's air pockets under it. They didn't finish tape and mud on the seams so you can see the sheet rock and edges. There's a weird opening above the lights thats just open to electrical wiring with a shower and the steam thats just asking for trouble. Remote wouldn't work so I had to use the TV to change channels. The bed was very well made and nice sheets and mattress. The staff were actually really great for a lot of the finishing touches being left off. "

"It is a low cost simple motel. No fancy extras, but it is clean and upgraded and the staff were very friendly. It is a small town, so there isn't much around, but there is a restaurant right next door that was open early and rather late and we had absolutely no issues while there. "

"this was a whole house rental. We stayed for a month in order to escape the cold and snow of the Midwest. The home was complete with a full kitchen, three bedrooms, garage, laundry room, and two full bathrooms. Since we had three adults in our party, it was nice to have two full bathrooms. Check in went well. The host was helpful and attentive. She even sent an associate to help us set up the television for streaming. We enjoyed being able to sit in the private space in the backyard. The neighborhood was very walkable. There was a private, grassy recreation area, adjacent to the house. Since this was only a cul-de-sac, there was never too much traffic. The neighbors were friendly. We would highly recommend this house for Rental."
