"Location The hotel is run by Indians. There is a woman that works at the front desk, who is absolutely a sweetheart and helped me get into the right room however there is a man that hung up on me when I called him to let him know that we needed towels in our room, which I find absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional coming from a representative of a. hotel chain in one of the best areas in Dallas, which is Addison. I called him back because I knew that he was rude, and I can just tell in the tone of his voice that he was annoyed by such a simple request as wanting two towels and two washcloths. I don't know if I will be staying here again. The rooms are great and you definitely get what you pay for, but this customer service has to change. If you're going to come to America, you need to adopt a more. respectful attitude."

"Great Parking and overall clean hotel. Breakfast was full of choices. The dining area is small, so the tables get dirty quickly. I just wished the staff was more attentive to wiping down the table after each guest instead of waiting for people to ask. The person cleaning the table is the front desk clerk, so if they are helping someone at the counter, you have to wait for the table to be cleaned. They could just make a towel and the spray available to the guests. I would rather clean my own table instead of having to wait for someone else to clean it, when they are helping another guest."

"I have stayed here twice now and enjoyed it, clean cheap hotel nothing fancy but good when you need a place to lay your head at night and close to everything Addison has to offer."

"I would not recommend staying here. The room was not clean—the floors hadn’t been mopped, and walking barefoot left my feet black. The shower was also dirty, and there was dried residue on the stove. I didn’t use the kitchen as there were no pots, pans, or even a kettle available upon request. Everything felt old and worn. The chairs at the small table were badly damaged, with ripped vinyl and exposed foam, making them uncomfortable to sit on. This is a very basic budget hotel and not suitable for travelers without a car or their own equipment, as you’ll need to bring everything yourself. Overall, disappointing and not worth the stay."
