"The hotel from the outside looks like any other building, however, stepping inside shows a cool modern reception area. The reception staff were lovely. I requested an iron a few days before I arrived and was told it wasn’t available which was a bit annoying as I would have chosen other clothes to pack. Mini grumble aside I went to my room and was very surprised how large it was. A spacious living room area, lovely bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The only gripe I do have was the aircon didn’t seem to work and was stuck on 19. Apart from that a lovely hotel."

Without his assistance we wouldn’t have known the best places to visit during our stay. Highly impressed with the layout of the facility, the restaurants and the overall experience at Locke De Santa Joana. "

"Second time here and I can now say this hotel is perfect if you need to be near LIS-five minute walk or there is a regular shuttle to the terminals. Rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable; buffet breakfast great and is served from 5 am on, and if you have to go earlier they accommodate that too. Great staff, good service-all around great stays twice in a row!!"
